The company will open up to seven new restaurants this fiscal and enter new cities like Patna and Pune, besides scouting for locations in places like Bangalore and Hyderabad for future growth as company’s aim is to strengthen presence in North India while also rolling out big-time in other places, a senior company official said.
Most of the new outlets will be opened under franchise or management contract models, and each restaurant would require an investment of Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1 crore, company official further added.
JS Hospitality currently operates 20 outlets of the Pind Balluchi chain, specialising in traditional Punjabi cuisine, across Delhi NCR, Amritsar, Chandigarh and Mumbai. The new outlets would also be rolled out in cities like Dehradun, Jodhpur and Jalandhar.
