Rajesh Jaggi has now been associated with Everstone Capital as managing partner for its real esate business.
Jaggi, former MD of Peninsula Land Ltd, will handle all of Everstone’s real estate activities as well as Everstone’s real estate fund platform, said a company statement.
Being an alumnus of Boston’s Babson Business School, Rajesh Jaggi, 43, has over 13 years of experience in real estate business and served as the managing director of Peninsula Realty Fund and head of Peninsula Facility Management Services Private Limited.
He has been part of some successful projects including commercial projects such as Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Business Park, Peninsula Technopark, residential projects like Ashok Towers and Ashok Gardens, added the statement.
The Singapore-based Everstone Group has a corpus of $1.7 billion under management of which over $1 billion is invested till date.
Everstone is in corporation with (Realterm Everstone) with North America’s industrial real estate investor Realterm Global for industrial real estate in India.
