Chicken Salad Chick announced today the development of a new franchise location in Columbia, SC. The new restaurant will be located at 5109 Sunset Blvd. Unit 240 Lexington, SC 29072.

Kevin Brown, President of Chicken Salad Chick, says that the Sunset Blvd location is perfect to showcase their brand to both their loyal customers and those who have yet to enjoy the Chicken Salad Chick experience.

“We are so excited to add this new location to the growing Chicken Salad Chick community throughout the Southeast,” said Brown. “It has been such a blessing to have franchisees join in sharing the Chicken Salad Chick experience with their own communities.”

Current owners Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of SingBev Hospitality, LLC wanted to bring a restaurant to Columbia following on the heels of their successful franchise launch in Greenville, SC in August 2013.

This is the second of 20+ locations of Chicken Salad Chick in the Carolinas. “We’ve only put up our ‘coming soon’ signs and have already received a great deal of excitement from our fans in the area.” Said Brown.
