Aqua Montana – German Soft Drink Company is entering in India with the diet carbonated drinks market under its brand Slim. It is also launching an energy drinks brand Explode.
“Our first objective is to get the consumer taste our product as it is a innovative combination of natural fruit based carbonated drinks and yet significantly low on calories,” said a senior Company Official.
The company plans to launch other products starting with ice tea later this year to be followed by mountain water. Munichbased Aqua Montana is aiming to clock revenues of around Rs 45 crore in the first year in India and hopes to double it annually for the next two years. It has set an initial budget of around Rs 12-15 crore for marketing activities and expanding distribution.
