Real estate Franchise News: Century 21 Real Estate has signed four new master franchise agreements for the brand to operate in Austria, Croatia, Kosovo and Slovenia.

The agreements, signed over the last six months but announced today, bring the brand to 74 countries and territories with 102,000 affiliated agents worldwide, making it the most international of the brands operated by real estate giant Realogy whose other brands include Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and ERA Real Estate.

“These master franchise agreements enable the Century 21 brand to enter new international markets and attract local real estate entrepreneurs and their client homebuyers and sellers to build long-lasting relationships,” said Rick Davidson, president and CEO of Century 21, in a statement.

In September, Century 21 launched a global website that aggregates listings that the brand’s affiliated brokers represent worldwide, providing translations between 16 languages and 36 currencies. At launch, 24 countries in Century 21′s network were represented on the site.
