As the demand is on high, the prices in Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway have almost tripled – from Rs 2,250 per sq ft to Rs 6,250 per sq ft.

the 150-metre-wide and 18km-long Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway is likely to be completed in the next two-three years. India Bulls bagged the contract for Rs 43.32 crore. The expressway will be noted for its faster access to the airport and connect to the 100-metre-wide road proposed in the new master plan.

The proposed expressway will touch Delhi near Dwarka Phase II, where a new diplomatic enclave is being developed and connect the current Metro corridor running parallel to the road. Once the project is complete, the area will become one of the hottest real estate zones in New Gurgaon.

Dwarka and Palam Vihar will have a new link connecting Dwarka with Gurgaon by an eight-lane (150-metres-wide) expressway starting from Dwarka and connecting Palam Vihar and the planned SEZs in Gurgaon to join the NH-8 . The new link is likely to get rid of traffic burden on the existing links – NH-8 , MG road and Old Delhi road in Gurgaon.

The Chintels Group is building Chintels Metropolis over 400 acres of prime land in the new sectors of Gurgaon, namely Sectors 114, 106, 108 and 109. The land is now being developed into an exclusive 153-acre township with over 70 acres of group housing surrounding it.

As a part of the first phase of Chintels Metropolis , Chintels recently launched Chintels Paradiso – a group-housing project over 12.3 acres in Sectors 106, 108 and 109 in New Gurgaon. These new residential sectors, bordering Dwarka Phase II, are being promoted as the next big real estate destinations. Chintels Paradiso will have 500 apartments with state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities it.

Prashant Solomon, the joint managing director of Chintels India Limited, says: “Chintels Paradiso is a luxurious 1.1 million square foot highrise apartment complex in the heart of New Gurgaon. The development is only 1km from the new Northern Peripheral Road that is coming up there and will become the primary link between Jaipur, Gurgaon and Delhi.”
“Apart from Paradiso, Chintels Metropolis includes a 150-acre luxury integrated township, International City, several group housing projects, an IT park, commercial , retail and hospitality projects and a professional campus,” Prashant said.

Jagadish Nangineni, the regional head (NCR) of Sobha Developers, says: “We are developing International City, a part of Chintels Metropolis, on 153 acres in Sectors 106 and 109 of Gurgaon. This integrated township will have 850 villas (including 185 EWS units). The first phase will include around 200 villas. The project will come with world-class design and quality, and will be close to IGI airport and Dwarka.”
