With the goal to make Indian pallets experience the best quality seafood, WESTCOAST Group has launched Fisheteria, India first seafood Quick Service Seafood Restaurant (QSR) chain which is currently present in all the major malls of Mumbai.
Fast-quick seafood newcomers like Fisheteria are all poised to fill the vacancy between fine dining and conventional fast food. The restaurant has a unique menu and offers classics like Fish and Chips in addition to several seafood specialties like Grilled Fish that are cooked to perfection, Fish Paratha Roll and Fish Burger. For the first time a QSR outlet is offering variety of dishes in Prawns like Prawn Torpedo, Prawn Burger, Prawn Paratha Roll, and crisp Prawn Tandoori Skewers. The menu ranges between Rs.20 to Rs. 125 which makes fine quality sea food affordable too.
Fisheteria has received an overwhelming response since its launch due to the quality and the price point at which they are offering. They have thus charted out aggressive growth plans and will be using the franchise as well as the retail model for expansion and have a vision to have a presence across nation in the year 2013.
