1 – About Director & Company .
“Coffee Culture” is a brain child of our director Mr Gaurav Narang & he has nurtured the brand with his passion and vision. He used to look at the need of the unique concept in the F&B business and was always enthusiast to come up with such out of the box concepts. When the whole world was enjoying the new millennium, Mr Gaurav Narang was busy developing the concept.
“Coffee Culture” is not just any usual café. It falls somewhere between a café and a restaurant. We don’t know and we don’t care. What matters is we can serve you so good, you might forget what you were in for. At CC, we have developed a culture so unique; it is amazing to see what you can do when you are not tied. We have outdone ourselves by serving live food at our Restaufes. Yes we call ourselves Restaufes. We are changing the face of the eatery ecosystem by being unconventionally conventional.
2 – How many outlets done, Franchise benefit(How Franchise Business Is Useful)
Currently we have 13 outlets, out of which 9 are operational and 4 are under fit outs
Expansion through franchising has many benefits from the franchisees point of view:
-The franchisee would get the technical know how about the restaurant operation due to our experience in F&B industry for more than a decade
-Having presence across the country, the franchisee gets a chance to be associated with an established name
-The support includes the site selection, staff hiring, F&B training, marketing assistance, corporate tie-ups, events, live shows, etc
-The corporate team would monitor the performance of the outlet on regular basis and would recommend action plan for improving the sales
3 – Next level expansion
Coffee Culture brand has been growing steadily ever since we started franchising in 2009. We now intend to reach 100 stores in the next 5 years. We have a business plan that would guide the business development team to reach the target within the stipulated time frame. Our expansion would comprise of company owned outlets as well as franchised outlets. We intend to keep the outlet expansion ratio as 20:80 (20 being company owned outlet)

Target cities for expansion: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Agra, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Indore, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida, Patna

We currently have 2 franchising models for Coffee Culture- The Ristorante Lounge and The Sizzling Cafe
The details about our franchise models is as under:
– The Ristorante Lounge- Investment: 50 Lacs to 1 Cr
– The Sizzling Café- Investment: 25 lacs to 30 lacs
– Existing outlets (company-owned +franchise): 3 + 9
– Required area for opening the cafe: The Ristorante Lounge :1600-3000 sqft (carpet)
– The Sizzling Café: 150 to 300 Sq Ft
– Return-on-investment (RoI):80%
– Expected breakeven: 1 year to 2.5 years
– Preferred location :The Ristorante Lounge- High Streets, Malls
– The Sizzling Café- Food Courts, Malls, Food Park
