Herbs and Spices, a franchise owner of restaurant Turban Tadka, is planning to open Turban Tadka outlets in major cities across the country in the near future. “As the cost of setting is low as the setting is very simple, we will be opening more outlets in Kathmandu,” said Sokhi.
Sokhi is planning to open 50 outlets in a period of two to three years across the world. “Turban Tadka will be opened in Kolkata on Saturday, and Bombay and one more in Calcutta in January and very soon in Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore and Dubai,” said Sokhi.
The dhaba-themed restaurant Turban Tadka is a chain of thematic casual dining restaurant run by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, who is known for his TV show “Turban Tadka” and “Namak Samak” on FoodFood Channel.
The Dhaba offers 35 to 40 different varieties of Punjabi food. The price in the menu starts from Rs 45 to Rs 495 exclusive of VAT and service charge.
Herbs and Spice Foods is currently running the franchise outlet of Yellow chilli in Nepal, and has recently introduced franchise of another popular restaurant Turban Tadka there.
