Keys Hotels, the hotel brand of Berggruen Hotels Pvt. Ltd, has planned major expansion through franchising. The company has a total of 31 hotels currently out of which 12 are in operating state and 19 are in development stages and plans of operating 52 hotels in India and abroad by 2015.
