Bangalore,Karnataka,India Emirates Sleep Systems Pvt Ltd (ESPL), a subsidiary company of Dubai Furniture Manufacturing Co. LLC (DFMC) which is a market leader in premium mattress segment in Middle East, today announced the opening of the 1st company showroom for Serta mattresses in Bangalore, India, in a bid to woo more customers to buy premium mattresses.

The new showroom at Bangalore is fully owned by ESPL, which is also planning to open many such showrooms to expand its retail network in India.

Sundar Rajan, Director, Emirates Sleep Systems Pvt Ltd, said: “We are very happy to announce the opening of our new showroom in Bangalore for Serta which provides world class spring mattresses in India. Serta has over 80 years of experience in mattress manufacturing, equipped with innovative technology for an extremely comfortable, supportive and cooler sleep experience.”

ESPL had initially established a franchise business model for retail franchise operations in India with opening of 16 outlets in past two years in all major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.

“We are looking at expanding our business in India due to increase in demand for premium mattresses by opening new showrooms which are 100% owned by our company; apart from giving out franchise to other mattress dealers to increase our retail distribution network in the region. Right now, we have the capacity to manufacture over 200 mattresses a day at our full-fledged factory near Pune.” further added Sundar.

This New Showroom is a model Showroom to provide customers a unique experience and revolutionize the way customers go about purchasing a sleep system. The showroom in-charge is thoroughly trained to provide sleep solutions to the customers. The décor of the showroom provides a soothing atmosphere for the customer to choose from variety of mattress grades. Serta has also launched the latest I-Series mattress in the showroom, which was recently launched in USA.

Serta has 27 manufacturing facilities in USA and in 37 locations worldwide including Dubai and Pune in India.

Serta is America’s No. 1 mattress brand which provides unique sleep experience with luxury, comfort, feel and support. Though it originated in North America in 1931, its rich heritage of the brand enabled it to expand quickly in areas outside the USA and ESPL acquired the license from Serta Inc. USA to manufacture and market its products in India in 2011.

ESPL also caters to the Indian Hospitality Industry and works with all the major hotels like Grand Hyatt, Hilton, Hyatt Regency, Marriott and Ramada and many more.
