Scottrade Safety and Risk Management Solutions is to open its office in Kochi by the end of January, followed by a distribution network in major cities across the country in the next six months.

Promoted by Scienztech Holdings, Scottrade is a leading player in the automotive component manufacturing. It is in association with its technology associate Smart Synergy, offers auto accessories and home safety products.

Said by the officials, in the first phase the company would cover markets in Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The company has set a target to achieve Rs 53.50 crore in the first year of operations and has devised a marketing plan to achieve this goal.
