Franchise News India,Franchise In India,Senco Gold, a Kolkata based gold jewellery retail and export entity, plans to expand the number of its stores by 25, by 2016-17, and with this increase its revenues by around 60 percent to Rs 2,000 crore in the next three years, reports say.
The company is considering expansion mainly in western and northern region of India. It plans to invest Rs. 250 crore, is store expansion, which will include company-owned and franchise stores. At present, of its 52 stores, 22 are company-owned and the remaining are franchise based.
In the years ahead, the company is also considering expanding its export turnover, and launching another manufacturing unit, reports add.
Senco Gold Jewellers is one of the oldest jewellery organizations in India that started its operation in the year 1938, with a heritage of 76 years . Senco Gold is synonymous with exclusive designs, intricate work ship and right value.

Senco Gold export operations covers countries like USA, UK, Singapore and Middle East. It has a manufacturing unit in SEZ Manikanchan that employs more than 300 karigars and creates 10000 pieces of jewellery every year.
